Robin creates black and white ink illustrations focusing on realistic portraiture, cultural icons, and animal-life. Illustrating an emotional connection through her work, she strives to capture the essence of her figures. She is able to provide a quality structure of her subjects through contrasting elements of light and shadow. She has been working with ink as a media since she started her college career in 2013. She utilizes a technique known as hatching to create intricate shades within her black and white work.
